世界中で専門的な航空サービスに携わっているティムケンのチームであるBiiは、世界的な航空会社、エンジンオーバーホール施設、および空軍飛行隊のために、ベアリングの検査、再調整および加工サービスを提供しています。

Bii services help extend the life of most aerospace bearings, even bearings manufactured by companies other than Timken. Customer-specific repair programs can help reduce costs. Serviceability inspections are typically completed in five days; reconditioning in just 15 days or less. We cover the complete range of repair and reconditioning services, offering customers a single source for money-saving repairs. Our reconditioned bearings comply with FAA and EASA standards.

Exceptional Customer Service

Our customer service specialists provide aerospace bearing repair customers with the information they need to manage their busy schedules. We also provide 24 hour access when our customers register on Timken Direct, which features repair order status and shipping information.

Rapid Response

We work closely with customers to establish response and turnaround time (TAT) that allow them to meet their build schedules. We have significantly reduced our process TAT through ongoing Lean and Kaizen events to provide service that will give our customers a competitive edge.

PT6 Maximum Availability Program

If your PT6 engine bearing does not pass Level II overhaul, we can provide an overhauled bearing from our exchange pool. We can also provide advance ship exchanges or outright purchase of overhauled bearings on select part numbers.
