Our 2008 Global Citizenship Report shares the details and evidence of our performance and accomplishments in several important areas, while outlining our commitments to future improvements.

	Among our highlights in 2008 are the following accomplishments: • 1.7 million tons of steel recycled • Commitment to global excellence demonstrated through continuing and extensive ethics training and enterprise-wide standards for ethical behavior
•21,000 tons of waste eliminated  from landfills annually
through recycling dust from our electric arc furnaces
• Products and services that make our customers’ operations and
products safer and more energy efficient
